VayCay Bakes Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VayCay Bakes, many of our products are freshly made, personalised or produced specifically for your order.

Personalised edible toppers, edible prints and cake wraps
Because personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for you, we do not normally accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind once production has started.

Please check all names, ages, spellings, photographs, logos, colours, themes and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.
