VayCay Bakes Terms of Service

By placing an order with VayCay Bakes, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and all information required to fulfil the order has been supplied.

We may contact you if additional information is needed before we can complete your order.

Personalisation
Customers are responsible for checking all names, ages, dates, wording, photographs, logos, colours and other personalisation details before submitting an order.

Once production, printing or preparation has started, changes may not be possible.

Handmade products
Our cakes and personalised products are handmade. Small differences in colour, placement, decoration or finish may occur.

Colours displayed on phones, tablets and computer screens may also appear slightly different from the final printed or finished product.

Collection orders
Customers must collect cakes, cupcakes and bento cakes at the agreed date and time.

Once a cake has been collected, the customer is responsible for transporting and storing it safely. We recommend transporting cakes on a secure, flat surface and keeping them away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Edible prints and toppers
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, shape and finish when ordering edible toppers, cake wraps and other personalised edible prints.

Please follow any storage or application instructions supplied with your order.

Availability
All orders are subject to availability. During busy periods, some dates, designs or products may not be available.

Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
